These King 25001-243A-EXT OEM Performance Upgrade Kits for your  Toyota and Lexus  provide a bolt on, ready to install right out of the box suspension system that will dramatically improve your on and off-road performance.  King Shocks are designed to maximize wheel control by damping every inch of shock movement in a smooth and calculated manner, which allows the driver to obtain more control over the vehicle.  Each kit has been subjected to extensive dynamometer lab testing as well as punishing real world testing to develop the optimal damping curve for each vehicle. Proudly built in the good ole USA, using top of the line materials that have machined to precise tolerances and assembled by King’s shock technicians. All King Shocks have the ability to custom valve adjustments with simple hand tools and are designed to emulate the performance and tunable design of King’s high end race shocks. The OEM Performance Upgrade Kits come complete and provide all the necessary hardware, & detailed instructions for a smooth installation on your truck! Important Fitment Notes:

Rare X-Reas equipped models you need to replace both front and rear shocks together.  You may also need to remove and drain the short hydraulic hoses that connect to the OEM shocks.  There are no electronics & it’s primitive stand alone system connecting the rear shock absorbers to the front coilovers hydraulically.   With so many different variables of wheel sizes, offset/backspacing, tire sizes, brands, styles, etc… the amount of lift and specific suspension components, you may need to trim the plastic inner fenders and/or modify the body behind the front tires to eliminate tire rubbing.
